Yes, you can turn up however, we do advise pre-booking online in advance. This is due to us having the optimum amount of children and adults in the park at one time as your experience is what counts! Please make your booking online, where possible.
Yes, to gain entry it is important to book. There will be no admissions without a valid booked ticket unless you are a walk in as stated above.
Please aim to arrive for the start of your play session. Early entry into the building will not be possible. We also advise to arrive within the first 30 minutes of the session start time in order to make the most of your allocated time.
We are customer focused and aim to ensure every child and adult have a fantastic time with us, we restrict our numbers at each session to accomplish this.
Our sessions are 90 minutes long.

You don’t have too, but it is recommended for our younger attendees so you are able to supervise and monitor. But it is also great fun for adults too!
We ask that personal belongings are kept to a minimum.
